1. Do something that scares you everyday
This could be wearing a different type of makeup, posting a selfie, eating lunch alone, etc
2. Don’t contribute to the judgement
When you stop judging others, you will stop worrying about judgement from others.
3. Decide to be a positive person
You have full power to be positive, it is legitimately the choice between being negative and positive, when you change your view point, you will radiate positivity and attract positivity.
4. Go against the trends
Just because something is popular doesn't mean that it’s good… vaping was popular. How did that go for everyone?
5. Do what 99% of people won’t do
If you want to be a part of the top 1 percent, then you have to do what 99% of people won’t do.
6. Make alone time for yourself
If you don't have any empty time to explore who you are and what you do, then you will only ever be exposed to the things that your friends like to do… there's probably more out there for you.
7. SET GOALS
Goal setting makes you reflect on what you want to do and writing them down helps you keep those goals in sight and will force you to be passionate about achieving them.
8. Find what makes you happy and enjoy it
If you like playing chess, then go at it. Just because what you like may not be “cool” doesn't mean that you need to conform, that’s part of what makes you you and that’s beautiful.
9. Have different types of friends
Give yourself a well rounded group of friends who have different interests and personalities, if all your friends are the same person you’re going to be basic. You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with so be selective with who you are exposing yourself to.
10. Stop being so hard on yourself
No one is watching everything you do as much as you think they are. Don’t stress so much about that insta post, your acne (everyone struggles with something), your taste in music… NOBODY CARES if they judge they are jealous and need to get their own personality.
